- Every BIRD purchased from us is accompanied by a 30 days health guarantee. Within 4 days of shipping your bird, we require you to take the bird to a licensed veterinarian for a checkup.
- If the VET finds out within the first 3-4 days of purchasing the golden conure parrot (queen of bavaria Conure) that it is sick of an illness that has been contracted before the date of delivery, you should contact us immediately.
- Our golden parakeet conures are 100% safe, secure and guaranteed to be in good health and free from any signs of infection at the time we ship them to you. We take pride to say that our relationship with you doesn’t end once your bird gets home. As a family of breeders and experienced parrot/bird counselors, we would wish to believe that nothing can ever go wrong with our birds. However, some things are not always in our control because a bird’s health depends on many things like genetics, nourishment, and overall daily care.
Wat We would like from you:
Nothing makes us more happy than knowing that we did bring much joy into your home with one of our babies. We do constantly give you health advice to make sure your bird remains healthy. Here are a couple of measures which will help: Send us a copy of the health examination (medical record) within 10 business days of receiving your parrot. The examination must be carried out by a licensed VET. Your golden conure comes with age-appropriate vaccinations, so you do not need to vaccinate the parrot again. We do de-worm & vaccinate your bird before shipping them to you, so we expect you to continue the proper de-worming & conducting regular health examinations up to 16 weeks of age or more so as to keep your puppy healthy and aware (as recommended by your VET).

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR GUARANTEE.
Failure to provide you parrot with regular vet care will go against this health guarantee. This health guarantee doesn’t cover any costs associated with spaying or neutering, including un-descended testes. We require all our parrot to undergo a thorough checkup before they are shipped to you. This checkup is performed by a licensed vet who issues the Veterinary Health reports for all our parrots. This report certifies the health condition for every parrot against Cardiovascular, Skin, Coat, Eyes, Mouth, Teeth, Gums, Musculoskeletal, Respiratory, Ears, Urogenital and Gastrointestinal diseases.
This health report will be filled out on the date of shipping the parrot to you so that you are assured that the parrot’s health is guaranteed. This report is then reviewed for any issues or concerns notated by our veterinarian. And if there are any serious issues with the parrot then he/she will not be shipped to you. We also require you to get your parrot examined by a licensed veterinarian within ten days of receiving the parrot. Thanks for your cooperation.
